Jacqueline Lowry Golding, Founder, has financial experience in academic environments and boasts a proven track record in the areas of human resource management, financial management and strategic planning.
She served for seven years as Vice Dean of Administration and Finance in the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing until her early retirement in December 2021. In this role, she worked with the School’s leadership to provide strategic direction, policy implementation and development, organizational development and resource allocation.
Prior to her Vice Dean position, she worked in the School of Nursing Business Office where she held key financial positions culminating at Sr. Director of Fiscal Operations. She has worked at the University of Pennsylvania since 1984, holding positions in the Wharton School (where she received her education) and the Greenfield Intercultural Center.
She has actively served on several committees and leadership boards. To name a few, she held memberships in the Private Schools of Nursing Benchmarking Group (PSON10), the University of Pennsylvania Human Capital Management (HCM) Transformation Initiative Steering Committee, the University of Pennsylvania Senior Roundtable, as well as many other memberships that serve and foster both the University and its peer institutions. Her service also extended to her community as board member of Destination Middle School and a board member and finance chair of Sayre Health Center.
